Ceci Clover - Sheffield Creek Consulting LLC. Ceci was born and raised in Jackson and has a bachelors degree from Northern Arizona University. Ceci owns Sheffield Creek Consulting LLC,which provides a wide range of personal business management services.

Carmina Oaks, Executive Director of the Latino Resource Center, since 2001. Born in Mexico City, has a degree in early childhood education and studied anthropology. Carmina is proud of her Hispanic heritage and her bi-cultural upbringing, which she uses to help bridge the cultural gap between Latinos and Anglos. She has served as co-founder and Board member of several organizations and has received numerous awards from local, state and international organizations for her leadership. Married to John Oaks since 1971, they have a son attending college in New Mexico.
