Making an appointment is easy. You can just pick up the phone and give us a call or you can come to our office to talk to us in person. You will be scheduled for an Intake/Assessment, once that is completed, we can assign you to one of our therapists. Your therapist will call you back to schedule your first appointment.
If you are in crisis we will ask you to speak with a therapist right away.

Your First Appointment
Please bring your driver’s license, insurance/Medicaid/Medicare card (if applicable), and proof of income with you to your first appointment.
If you are bringing children in, you will be asked to sign a consent and any custody papers/issues must be disclosed.
Your proof of income can be a copy of your pay stub, tax return, or W-2. Without proof of income, we cannot use the sliding scale to set your fee, and you will be charged our full fee.
The first appointment begins with the enrollment process. Your therapist will also ask you a series of questions about your personal history and circumstances.
Then you will work with your therapist to determine how we can help you.
Confidentiality and Privacy
Jackson Hole Community Counseling Center never discloses client names, appointment times, or any other information without written authorization, except in certain situations required by law.
How Much Does it Cost?
•Our fees are based on your ability to pay (your gross household annual income). For individual therapy, the minimum fee is $5 per session and the maximum fee is $100 per session. You will need to provide us with proof of your income in order to access our sliding scale. (see below for the Sliding Fee Scale). There are separate fees for other services.
•We can bill private insurance, Medicaid and Medicare.
•Payment is expected when you come in for your appointments.
